Erin was fantastic and I would highly recommend her services as a realtor and will be using her for any future realty needs. Early in 2025, we began looking for a second home to escape the heat of the valley and came across Erin randomly through Zillow. I wasn't sure what to expect finding her through Zillow, but she exceeded our expectations in every measure. She took the time to get to know us, our needs, our hesitations and anxieties, and where we needed help in the buying process. After getting to know us, she was patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and responsive as we looked at a few homes before we found our match. As we got closer to closing, Erin helped us artfully navigate negotiating with the builder to get some necessary items addressed. I'm writing this review months after our close in April (sorry Erin!) and she still reaches out to see how we're doing and if we need anything. It was a joy to work with her and she has become a friend through this process. I know this review sounds a little too good to be true, but it is my honest opinion that I cannot imagine working with a better realtor - our first home was not anything like this and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Erin!
