Angel was professional, knowledgeable, and her navigation of the market was spot on. She helped us recognize a bad situation before it could become one and got us into the right home. I know we didn’t make it easy on her but we never felt that. Her comps were bullseyes and our appraisal came back more than purchase price. She never missed a call and basically held our hands every step of the way. I cant thank her enough. This might be our forever home but Angel is our forever agent.

Christopher, along with his dad, helped me avoid a foreclosure or deed in leu this week by getting my short sale accomplished in record time. He was on top of everything from the very beginning making sure everything required by the lender was done ahead of time. If he didn't have any experience with short sales prior to this, I could have been fooled. He found a way to make an extremely frustrating and stressful situation (caused by me) turn out to be very positive, at times even being willing to lose some money on the deal to keep everything on track. I could not have asked for better communication, and his willingness to explain and ability to educate me through the whole process was much appreciated. He has a great sense of humor just like his dad, and I felt like I gained a friend even though we never met in person. I really lucked out having the opportunity to work with you. Thank you Chris!
