About Angel

Hello! I am Angel Frauenthal, a licensed Realtor based in Phoenix, Arizona, with a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Originally from Vicksburg, Mississippi, I “married into the military” and started the challenges and excitement of being a spouse to a U.S. Naval Officer. This included PCS’ing to Charleston SC, Groton CT, Silverdale WA, and even to Naples Italy. There, I began investing in rental properties and formed a real estate based LLC. After starting our family, my husband and I decided to settle permanently in the vibrant city of Phoenix and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I decided to use my various experiences as a buyer, seller, landlord, tennant, 1031 exchange user, and LLC owner to help others do the same. As a realtor, I hold designations as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) to provide expert guidance to military personnel and clientele seeking vacation or investment properties. In addition, I own and operate a short-term rental property, giving me valuable insights into the lucrative world of hospitality and investment opportunities. This first-hand experience allows me to offer comprehensive advice to clients considering similar ventures. While I primarily serve the Phoenix area, my expertise extends all the way into central Arizona, including the scenic towns of Payson, Pine, and Strawberry. Our forever realtor.

Angel was professional, knowledgeable, and her navigation of the market was spot on. She helped us recognize a bad situation before it could become one and got us into the right home. I know we didn’t make it easy on her but we never felt that. Her comps were bullseyes and our appraisal came back more than purchase price. She never missed a call and basically held our hands every step of the way. I cant thank her enough. This might be our forever home but Angel is our forever agent.

Great Relator!

Angel was easy to work with, I gave her my house size requirements, and location preferences, and she was able to find numerous houses for me to choose from. We physically looked at all of them, and I was able to make a great choice. She also helped me find financing. I would definitely use Angel again if I ever need to move and find another house.
