We came to Sue via a Zillow-listed house, without an agent on our behalf. She got back to us immediately and offered details about the house on behalf of her client, an out-of-state seller. We wanted to view the house and perhaps make an offer the next day, so my wife inquired about Sue's ability and willingness to serve as a dual agent, working with us as well as the seller. She was okay with that, and showed us the house later that day. With valuable guidance from Sue, we made an offer that, after two minor modifications, was accepted by the seller. With our agreed price, we were able to pay cash for the house and close in 22 days, instead of having to secure and lender and a loan approval, which would have extended the process by at least another two weeks. We feel this arrangement was instrumental in us getting a house that we really relate to and love. All the way through the escrow process, Sue was marvelous in explaining and communication "what happens next" and what we needed to do and sign, and should expect. Being brand new to Arizona and not knowing anyone, Sue's extensive relationships with local service people and her suggestions as to a house and pest inspector. and a title/escrow company were very valuable and timesaving for us, eliminating much aggravation and guess work. In summary, Sue Wells is the best agent we could have hoped for and we feel blessed that we were able to align with such a knowledgeable professional to make this very significant decision work so well for us.
