Dusty is beyond amazing she goes above and beyond for her clients not once was I ever made to feel like finding a home wasn’t for me and I should give up. She was recommended and I can definitely see why. She is extremely patient, kind, friendly, caring, informative, honestly I could go on and on about all her amazing qualities and how much of a joy she was and is to work with. She genuinely cares about her clients and their families! My family especially my kids absolutely adore her her gifts and thoughtfulness has meant a lot! She definitely had her hands full with us and such a short time to try and deliver but even with the difficulties she made it happen and always with a smile on her face and a positive attitude towards everything. Cheyenne Cunningham is a gem of a realtor. She helped me through the sale of a complex 4-acre property with a home and outbuildings in Rimrock, Arizona. Her skill and creativity were essential in guiding me through this process, particularly because I was living on the East Coast when I decided to list my home. She staged the house nicely, provided high quality photographs for the listing, crafted a description that captured the qualities of the property, and marketed the property wisely. Overall, she was personable, and helpful beyond anything I have experienced in the past. I sold six homes over the last 40 years. Most of the realtors were good. But, Cheyenne beats them all.
