Prescott is widely known as Everybody's Hometown. Erin and Ben with Home Team Prescott epitomize hometown values of integrity, community and warmth. We had been wanting to move to the Prescott area for years. We had a firm budget ceiling to work with and understood that in our search we needed to be deliberate, decisive, and proactive when we found a home of interest. We have purchased 5 homes and were very fortunate to work with fantastic realtors. So, in our search for a realtor we knew what to look for. Initially we went with a local team who seemed unmotivated and frankly uninterested in working with us. We promptly terminated that relationship and continued our search. We found Erin and Ben with Home Team Prescott and came away from our first meeting 100% certain they were the right fit. From a professional perspective we found Erin and Ben to be experienced, knowledgeable and transparent. From a personal perspective we found them to be friendly, unpretentious, and genuine. This was a long distance move. They took on super detailed virtual home & neighborhood tours through Facetime and WhatsApp. We were impressed with the level of detail they provided during the tours. Calling our attention to not only the desirable, but also to problem and potential problem areas. We found our home in a lovely neighborhood on a quaint street. From the moment our offer was accepted, we didn't lift a finger or make a single call for inspections or estimates. Erin and Ben organized and quarterbacked everything! Our end to end experience with Ben and Erin went above and beyond our expectations. Even extending to us a level of personal generosity that was both surprising and lovely. Lastly, I want to recognize their amazing assistant Melissa who massively contributed to outstanding experience. Choose Home Team, you will not only find realtors, and a home, you will find new friends.

Erin and Ben are two of the best agents around. They make you feel comfortable, they are open to suggestions. Erin and Ben did a walk through of my home and gave me ideas on how to make my home more presentable to possible buyers. Erin and Ben both respond quickly to my text or emails when I had questions. They have the best marketing knowledge, they are professional. You can't go wrong with hiring them to sell you home. These two are amazing and honest people. Thank you from the Morales family.
