I have heard that the top 20% of agents sell 80% of the real estate. John Lucas however is absolutely in the top 1%or 2% when it comes to professionalism, accuracy, commitment, and communication, irregardless of sales. If you are considering a realtor in the States of AZ or CA, I would absolutely never consider anyone other than Joan Lucas. I have dealt with several other Realtors in the past and her professionalism and expertise is par excellence, easily surpassing any of her proceeding distant competitors. No doubt, you will not find a more devoted hard-working and honest realtor than John Lucas. She is a seasoned, very experienced, and well connected lifelong professional with a decades long proven track record of countless completed transactions and therefore consequently many satisfied customers, both as a buyer's agent and seller's agent. Talking from experience, you can only get so good, and Joan Lucas is simply as good as it gets !!!

I contacted Ben and several other realtors to sell lots in the Dewey/Prescott Valley area. Ben is the only one who responded immediately and gave an indepth market analysis! The other realtors didn't even call me back. I really got lucky finding Ben as he is awesome to work with. He sold one lot within a month and another is currently pending.
