Great communication. Always answer all my question and reply right away no matter what time or day I message him. He was fast at preparing my documents and showing me the houses. He knows what he is doing i recommend Everardo Chavez!

Everardo buying our new home and selling our old home such an easy, comfortable, fun experience. When going through the experience we had a lot of questions and we always felt like a priority to Everardo and his team! I had a lot on my plate with two kids in sports and school and being pregnant through the whole time. And to be honest buy and selling wasn’t what I was stressed about! (Other then packing) Even his assistant Marlenne!! She would even go out of her way to make sure we got the things we needed even if that meant her stopping by to drop off paper work for me.
