Everardo buying our new home and selling our old home such an easy, comfortable, fun experience. When going through the experience we had a lot of questions and we always felt like a priority to Everardo and his team! I had a lot on my plate with two kids in sports and school and being pregnant through the whole time. And to be honest buy and selling wasn’t what I was stressed about! (Other then packing) Even his assistant Marlenne!! She would even go out of her way to make sure we got the things we needed even if that meant her stopping by to drop off paper work for me. Starting from the beginning of the purchasing process Everardo was very accommodating in allowing my son to first view the house on our behalf. His willingness to work with a third party hade it easy for use without having my sister and I to travel from out of state. He and his assistant made it so the purchase would go forward without any problems. They were easy to communicate with and readily available when we had questions. Our hats off to this great team! We will definitely use them again when we are back in the market.
