Peggy was an absolute pleasure to work with. She took over a vacant land listing that a previous agent had for over a year and was able to successfully sell it in just a few months. As an agent myself, I know a good one when I see it, and Peggy checks all the boxes. She's has great market knowledge, is passionate and enthusiastic for real estate, and is always communicating when there are updates and if not, she makes sure to stay in touch anyway. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Peggy to anyone looking for a fantastic Prescott-area agent.

I met Peggy last year by coincidence and at that time she was very understanding about my situation and just said when it's time I could give her a call. So, 9 months later I contacted Peggy. First of all she remembered me, then I told her it was time and I was ready to sell my property. She was extremally knowledgeable about the area a gave expert incite into pricing and placing the property on the market. The very next call I received from her (with a day) was her telling me about an offer. Since I was out of town she made it very easy for signing all the paperwork and closing the deal. Great Work Peggy!!!!

With Peggy's knowledge of land values and the Prescott Valley area, she helped us purchase 3 acres of land for a future home. Everything was easy, professional and timely. We recommend Peggy highly.
