This is the second time I have used Richard. Once to buy this house, and now to sell it. Richard is very knowledgeable and is also calming and provides a voice of reason when the stress levels get high. I would not hesitate to use Richard again if I needed a great agent.
We had a pretty specific set of things that we were looking for and a price we wouldn’t go over, I think we looked at 100 houses, and wrote up 10 different offers. Richard patiently worked on our behalf through every one!!
richard had good knowledge of all the components of selling and buying which allowed me to leave one home and select a new one. he also helped w/ some after-sale components, further enhancing the experience. he knows his stuff.
