Dave is great to work with. He’s very knowledgeable about the Prescott area market. He’s also very patient and will take the time to research and answer questions. I enjoy his easy going personality. It was a pleasure working with him as he walked me through selling my home.

When we first decided to sell, Dave was our first choice since he had helped us purchase the house. His professionalism showed in that he had occasionally kept in touch over the years so re-contact was easy. As a native of Prescott, Dave is well-connected with the market and local contacts so we trusted his perspective and advice. His communication was efficient and accurate. I will work with Dave again (3rd time) if the occasion arises. Thank you Dave!!

Dave has extensive knowledge about Prescott, and its market. He had a professional photographer come and take pictures of our home which really showcased its assets. He is a excellent agent, and an all around great guy.
