When we first decided to sell, Dave was our first choice since he had helped us purchase the house. His professionalism showed in that he had occasionally kept in touch over the years so re-contact was easy. As a native of Prescott, Dave is well-connected with the market and local contacts so we trusted his perspective and advice. His communication was efficient and accurate.
