Erin was an absolute blessing during one of the most emotional experiences for my family. Selling my grandmother’s home was heartbreaking, especially knowing the extensive damage would cost over $150,000 to repair. Erin remained kind, professional, and compassionate while guiding me toward the best decisions for my family. She played devil’s advocate when needed and offered honest, thoughtful advice throughout the process. I always felt she had my best interests at heart. I only wish I had more homes to sell so I could continue working with her! I wholeheartedly recommend Erin to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares.

Erin was great to work with! She always kept us informed and provided great guidance along the way. She’s very friendly, knowledgeable and communicates clearly through the entire process. We have used her several times and will never consider using anyone else for our realtor needs!! if you are looking to buy or sell a home, please make it easy on yourself and choose Erin Durbin for your real estate needs!

Amanda Lynn priced our property at exactly the right amount. It was sold within a month at the asking price. She arranged all the necessary inspections of the property and septic and kept us informed throughout the sale in a very friendly and professional manner. We are totally happy with her work.
