Patti Inouye found me my ideal new home! Initially, I met Patti early in my search when she was listing agent for a home I really liked. Patti did such a good job for her seller she got top dollar for her seller and I missed out. So I decided to ask Patti to represent me as a buyer. I found Patti a great listener and communicator! She was always very responsive, returning texts, phone calls and emails as soon as she possibly could despite her being a very active Realtor. Patti was extremely knowledgeable about the Real Estate market in Tucson and her extensive experience provided great insights. Patti really helped me to be patient, often reminding me everything I had told her I wanted in my new home. And she was right about every aspect of my search and transaction. She worked very hard to stay on top of new listings she knew would be of interest to me. Patti's professionalism and experience was priceless during the negotiation and inspection process. She recommended extremely thorough inspectors, especially the General Home Inspector, and when the roofing inspector missed a few important issues the Home Inspector identified, Patti made sure the Roofer do a more extensive evaluation. Patti also identified very significant conflicting reports on the Sewer Drain evaluations done and immediately contacted the Plumber who had done work on the Sewer Line several years earlier to make sure the Sewer line had been relined as reported three years earlier. Patti was so thorough, detail oriented and professional through every aspect of my search and transaction and I could not be happier with my new home! Not only did Patti find my ideal home but she negotiated so well on my behalf I really purchased the home at a great value. I would highly recommend Patti and her husband Steve to anyone buying or selling a home. I already have recommended her to several of my friends.

I have dealt with more than a few agents in the past & Molly definitely stands out above the rest. I live in Los Angeles but I have a few properties in Tucson Az. so My biggest worry was who was the right representation for us over there. I met Molly through a mutual friend who kept telling about this amazing agent named Molly. He set up the meeting at My property & in comes this very SUPER positive/confident woman. She introduced herself to Me & My team, she then looked around the house briefly, & within minutes, told Me EXACTLY how this was gonna sell, how fast, how much etc etc etc. Molly’s knowledge of the market is spot on, her pricing was spot on BUT she said the house would sell in a week & she was wrong....SHE SOLD IT IN ONE DAY, I think she knew this, but she under promised and over delivered. Her communication with Me & My team was above average, she ALWAYS returned calls, texts & emails in a VERY timely manor. The main thing ,besides her high level of professionalism that stood out, was that we had an issue with our pool & Molly took it upon herself to drive to the property, asses the issue & begin the process to get it back up running as it should, she actually got her hands dirty while doing this & to her it just seemed like another day at the office, I WAS EXTREMELY APPRECIATIVE & IMPRESSED. From there, on her own, she hired the appropriate licensed company to finish it off for us, just an AMAZING experience, I could NOT believe it. I highly recommend Molly to ANYONE that’s looking for a GREAT agent. Needless to say, we are now working on our second project together . RUDY
