Very knowledgeable of the market, on time, gives you a folder with all the houses you review with all the information about the houses. Only negative I felt sometimes was too busy for me. Definitely would recommend to others and would use again.

Patti did such a good job for her seller she got top dollar for her seller and I missed out. So I decided to ask Patti to represent me as a buyer. I found Patti a great listener and communicator! Patti also identified very significant conflicting reports on the Sewer Drain evaluations done and immediately contacted the Plumber who had done work on the Sewer Line several years earlier to make sure the Sewer line had been relined as reported three years earlier. Patti was so thorough, detail oriented and professional through every aspect of my search and transaction and I could not be happier with my new home!
