She helped me through the myriad of paperwork. She was always patient and very informative. She was friendly and I felt comfortable working with her. I would recommend her to anyone needing a real estate agent.

Elizabeth was on top of every detail of our purchase, negotiated a price well below asking, and was able to secure an additional discount for some deferred maintenance items on the home we purchased. I recommend her without hesitation and will contract with her again in 2023!

Sofia not only went to bat for us to get the best deal possible, but she fought tooth and nail and didn't tell us about how difficult the lending and builder companies were being and how they were behind schedule and wanting to close outside of our agreed time which would disqualify our incentives from the seller. Instead she took all of the stress on herself and made it happen in the time frame we needed and left zero room for error. If you want a realtor who understands new builds and takes every client on like she has a personal stake and investment in your property then Sofia is the one you want to go with every time!
