You want someone who will walk you through step by step without too much thinking and worries, he did just that. You want a person who's life is entrenched in the Real estate world, Kristian certainly is. We were able work on creative problem solving to get both parties needs met. The one thing I'm regretful is not starting with Kristian the first time. I fell for the trap of "I know a real estate friend who can help you." The person prior to Kristian did it as a side hobby with little experience! Kristian is a veritable PRO with an abundance of experience and a wide body of connections who will absolutely get the job done. I can't recommend him enough.
