John's Knowledge of real estate boggles the mind. He showed me several possible scenarios for ways my house would sell, when the sale was made his predictions were right on. I had moved an hour away from the property. John made many trips back and forth. He took care of all the showing, and after a water leak inside a wall was discovered during inspection John found a plumber and saw that repairs were made. John got several offers and showed me what I would net from each one. The offer that appeared the best had more fees, Jonh advised me which one was best for me. He negotiated lowering of some fees.
