We first met Dan in Nov. 2024. We found him to be delightful, responsive, and very knowledgeable. In summer of 2025, we got serious about looking for a house in the Tucson area. Dan was extremely helpful and understood what we were looking for, setting up regular email feeds with listings for us to review. When it came time for us to make an offer, Dan was totally committed to helping us understand the process, and making sure we knew what to expect and how to navigate the intricacies of Home buying. Our offer was submitted and accepted. Dan continued to guide us thru the process and negotiations with the sellers’ agent to make sure as many things as possible were addressed from what the inspection found. We are 100% satisfied with the service Dan gave us, and we’ve already recommended him to a couple of our friends who are thinking about relocating to the Tucson area. My wife and I were looking for a "snowbird" house in the North Tucson area, and were fortunate to have connected with Dan Leonard. From our home in Colorado, he conducted an assessment of what type of home we were interested in, location, key features, type of neighborhood and price range; and from that, began sending us regular suggested properties for us to explore on Zillow, including feedback on properties we found on that site in development areas that he advised we stay away from for soil type and other cautionary reasons. By the time we met with Dan in person, thanks to his guidance, we had narrowed our "wish list" down to about 8 properties. It was in the heat of early July, and each time we were getting ready to leave a property, he'd turn on the AC in his vehicle so that it was cool and comfortable by the time we got in. When we'd enter a property, Dan became a construction-defects "sleuth," checking for things neither of us would even think to explore in a house or on a property. But his expertise was invaluable to us. I'm writing this review about 11 months from the purchase of our house here, in a warm and inviting neighborhood within which we've already established meaningful friendships. In summary: Dan is a solid, reliable and knowledgeable realtor who keeps up-to-date on available properties throughout the Greater Tucson area. Throughout the weeks we worked with him, he made us feel as though we were his only clients, an indication of the support we received from him.
