Beyond handling the sale flawlessly, she went above and beyond, checking the mail, helping with miscellaneous personal items, and making sure nothing fell through the cracks while we were out of state. Her support made an overwhelming situation manageable, and her kindness made a painful transition easier for our family. I cannot recommend Nicole highly enough. If I could give her 10 stars, I absolutely would.

Nicole went above and beyond to write a letter to the seller of the home that is now my primary residence, the letter probably being the deciding factor in the seller choosing my offer over other attractive offers.
