Laura was excellent during this sale process. She worked very hard to keep the sale alive when the other party had an issue come up. She also kept us very informed what was happening and worked some very long hours to make this sale happen I would abuse Laura again for a real estate sale!!
Time and time again, Laura was on top of things to find what she could about the property, the well, issues of the former inhabitant, and so on. She was patient with my unending questions and requests and I found her time and time again digging further than expected to uncover information relative to the property. She also developed a home valuation for the property which proved invaluable for shaping our final bid. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a dedicated realtor.
We engaged Laura to help us with a transaction which turned out to be difficult. Her advice at the start regarding what truly needed to be done was on point, as was her comp analyses. We went to the altar not once but twice, and we worked our way through those white water rapids to achieve a fair deal for both sides. She was there to assist with needed repairs all the way through. Color us impressed.
I would highly recommend Laura for any real estate needs. We live in California and just sold a home in Tucson that had some unforeseen issues. Laura took care of everything at her end and communicated with us the process every step of the way. Due to her experience she was able to get our home sold in a week!
Laura was impressive in her knowledge as to the handling of our sale in this very fast pace market. She was very helpful throughout the entire process, from helping get professional photos for the listing, handling buyers’ inquiries, to the finalizing of the sale. Her genuine kindness and compassion truly helped through the sale!
Laura always makes you feel like you're her only client. She is knowledgeable and on your side. I have used her for both as a buyer and a seller. She was very attentive and friendly on both sides of the purchase. She listens to how you want things to go and can advise on what works and what doesn't. I would highly recommend her.
