Laura was excellent during this sale process. She worked very hard to keep the sale alive when the other party had an issue come up. She also kept us very informed what was happening and worked some very long hours to make this sale happen I would abuse Laura again for a real estate sale!!

Time and time again, Laura was on top of things to find what she could about the property, the well, issues of the former inhabitant, and so on. She was patient with my unending questions and requests and I found her time and time again digging further than expected to uncover information relative to the property. She also developed a home valuation for the property which proved invaluable for shaping our final bid. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a dedicated realtor.
