Marty is a proactive agent. What I mean is that he didn't just put my listing on the MLS and sit back. Marty used additional strategies to get the listing seen by other agents and potential buyers. ( Social media, aerial pics etc) He was also in communication with us through out the process, I never felt like I didn't know what was going on.
