We were looking for the right agent to help us find our retirement home. We chose Lena and we are so thankful we did! She helped us through the entire process. She was always checking in, helping us with all our questions, gave us a lot of insight in areas where we may not have thought a lot about. We chose to buy an older home instead of a newer build. It was such an exceptional experience. She has a lot of knowledge and experience! She was always there for us to take us to look at properties with all our busy schedules. The process of searching and actually buying the home was so quick. She even referred us to a lender ( whom we did choose ) and they were fantastic! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. I was selling a house in another state while she was helping with the purchase here and I don't have the words to properly explain how much better she was. I wish there had been a clone of her doing the sale of my property as well. Incredibly easy to work with, very patient throughout our very thorough search, and very responsive and communicative. She even helped us work through an issue where the sellers agent had tried to pull, what I believe to be, some pretty unethical behavior. Will be recommending her to everyone i know.
