I met Lou 24 years ago (yikes, time passes quickly!) when he helped us sell a home. He helped us again about 14 years ago with the sale of another home. He was great to work with then and he's only improved with time and experience. I had had no contact with him during the past 14 years because I was living in a different state. When I decided to move back to Arizona I gave him a call. When he answered the phone I started to awkwardly explain who I was and remind him of our connection, but that was totally unnecessary ...he knew immediately who I was and even remembered the names of my kids! He made my transition half way across the country so much easier than it could have otherwise been. While I was still living out of state he would show me properties I was interested in via FaceTime, so when I made a trip to AZ to see the homes in person, we already had it narrowed down and I was able to make my decision in one day! I went home and dealt with the sale of my home there, packed up and moved. Lou and his staff took care of everything on this end! Everyone I dealt with on the team was knowledgeable, personable and went the extra mile. I can't praise the Rugolo Team enough!

Sheryl Schomaker is a true professional! She listened carefully to our needs and was diligent about finding us just the right home for our needs. Sheryl did an amazing job of searching, keeping us informed, and managing the process from beginning to end. We would highly recommend Sheryl to anyone seeking a realtor who works very hard, and effectively, for their clients!

Working with Rebekah and her husband was a smooth and supportive. They were with us every step of the way, with purchasing a new build home, and selling my previous home, the process couldn't have been better. Highly recommend to everyone I know!
