We found Tava quite by accident. We were new to the area and were looking around for someone to talk to about renting (yes, renting). Tava was the only one that returned our call. We ended up renting with a different agency, but Tava kept in touch with us. She wasn't asking us to buy a house, just checking in and asking how we like Colorado Springs. A year later, when we decided to purchase, she was the obvious go-to choice. We've owned and sold homes in Indiana and Georgia; our experience with Tava was literally the best (not hyperbole). Tava listened and really got to know what we were looking for. We are SO glad we met her. Once, we thought we had found our house and had a home inspection. About halfway through the inspection, Tava told us that this wasn't our house (for a variety of reasons), and she was right! When looking for a Realtor, there will be no better choice than Tava. I promise, you'll thank me later.

he always got back to me immediately I always felt he was extremely trustworthy I felt that he was being very truthful and not misleading me by what the market truly would go to at the time and the difference between a buyer's market and a seller's market which is a big deal he also held many open houses which I feel is what really sold the house I highly recommend himand would certainly use him again

He was absolutely amazing as my realtor! The whole purchase process was fast, smooth, and stress-free. He was super attentive, answered all my questions, and guided me every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Jenn is very knowledgeable of the area we were searching. She always made sure the houses we looked at had DLL of the items on our checklist. She did all the legwork and made our transition from the East Coast to AZ a smooth process.
