Amy was a blessing to me when I first moved to Arizona and was looking for my very first house. She made sure that she aligned the homes she was taking me to see with my financial goals and my future life goals, she went above and beyond to ensure I got tremendous value but keeping in mind the future return on investment. Since the first home I got married, she sold my husbands house for the highest value anyone received in that neighborhood, sold my house for a nice profit, and helped us find a new home, also a great investment long term. She is like family and treats her clients as such. I trust her 100% because she always looks out for our best interest. Her expertise is extensive.

I met Lou 24 years ago (yikes, time passes quickly!) when he helped us sell a home. He helped us again about 14 years ago with the sale of another home. He was great to work with then and he's only improved with time and experience. I had had no contact with him during the past 14 years because I was living in a different state. When I decided to move back to Arizona I gave him a call. When he answered the phone I started to awkwardly explain who I was and remind him of our connection, but that was totally unnecessary ...he knew immediately who I was and even remembered the names of my kids! He made my transition half way across the country so much easier than it could have otherwise been. While I was still living out of state he would show me properties I was interested in via FaceTime, so when I made a trip to AZ to see the homes in person, we already had it narrowed down and I was able to make my decision in one day! I went home and dealt with the sale of my home there, packed up and moved. Lou and his staff took care of everything on this end! Everyone I dealt with on the team was knowledgeable, personable and went the extra mile. I can't praise the Rugolo Team enough!
