Ashlee Donaldson is an excellent realtor! She is well organized, communicated effectively & often, and is a great negotiator. Despite us being out of state and travelling, she always kept us in the loop and worked around our schedule. She was extremely knowledgable about the market and answered all our questions throughout the entire process. This is no surprise considering her many years of experience in the industry! We knew our house was in good hands from the moment we hired her, and that alleviated a lot of the stress associated with the sale of our home. We also had some tight deadlines that we needed to meet and Ashlee sure delivered! On a personal level, Ashlee is very pleasant to be around, listened to all our concerns, and is very understanding. I met Lou 24 years ago (yikes, time passes quickly!) when he helped us sell a home. He helped us again about 14 years ago with the sale of another home.
