I've worked with many realtors and I have never had an experience like I did with Savanah. This was my first time purchasing a cabin with unique qualities like having hauled water, passive heating, septic, and a unique build history. There were many times when I thought the deal was over because of the uniqueness of the cabin but each time Savanah swooped in and solved the problem. Not only does she have a tremendous amount of knowledge but she is also an expert negotiator. She is fierce, a creative problem solver, and adventurous. We were driving all over the state looking for this perfect quirky cabin. 100 out of 10 would recommend Savanah.

Being a first time home buyer and new to the Valley we scored a homerun with Jimmie. We sat down and talked with a few realtors but Jimmie really blew us away. He was knowledgeable, honest, caring, and really made us feel like his most important clients. We will be recommending Jimmie any chance we have.
