I met Lou 24 years ago (yikes, time passes quickly!) when he helped us sell a home. He helped us again about 14 years ago with the sale of another home. He was great to work with then and he's only improved with time and experience. I had had no contact with him during the past 14 years because I was living in a different state. When I decided to move back to Arizona I gave him a call. When he answered the phone I started to awkwardly explain who I was and remind him of our connection, but that was totally unnecessary ...he knew immediately who I was and even remembered the names of my kids! He made my transition half way across the country so much easier than it could have otherwise been. While I was still living out of state he would show me properties I was interested in via FaceTime, so when I made a trip to AZ to see the homes in person, we already had it narrowed down and I was able to make my decision in one day! I went home and dealt with the sale of my home there, packed up and moved. Lou and his staff took care of everything on this end! Everyone I dealt with on the team was knowledgeable, personable and went the extra mile. I can't praise the Rugolo Team enough!

Lou met with us to understand our situation in a friendly and professional way giving us more knowledge then we had, he then toured our home gave us tips on how to best show our home, shared his strategy to get the most out of our sale we agreed and listed with the team, Lou was able to sell our home in just a few days with many offers and a bidding war, selected the buyer with the best financial backing to ensure the sale would go through. Lou stood his ground when buyers wanted more than was reasonable after the inspection. We then used the team to purchase our condo team was available to show us condos we had in mind while having some to show we may have like available also. We were pre approved for a loan but used there referral to a mortgage lender who got us into our new condo very quickly as we had no where to stay there cream had a binder put together with everything important to our new condo. The Rugolo team is the realtor my family has used for many purchases and sales they are great to work with and you will be happy as we are!
