Right from the start, Jeff and his daughter, Kenzie started showing my house and keeping me updated on how each showing went and the feedback from buyers. My house wasn’t the easiest to sell but once we got an offer Jeff did everything in his power to keep the offer on track and to get my home sold. I was very pleased working with Jeff and Kenzie and I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Jeff. He represented both me as a buyer and the seller, and did a very fair job, negotiating a deal that met of our wants. He was professional and helpful to work with. His extensive experience in the real estate showed well, and we greatly appreciated working with him. I would highly recommend working with him whether you are buying or selling real estate!

It was clear to me that Paulette was a pro. She has 20+ years of service under her belt and with my transaction it was reassuring to know she had me covered as an experienced agent.

We met Paulette via putting an offer in on a house where she was representing the seller. The seller and buyer (myself) didn't agree on a price so the offer fell through. I wasn't using a buyer agent, because I didn't feel that I needed to spend 3% when I was going to do the work. The biggest investment of your life and you leave it up to someone else - I don't understand that. Anyway we had encountered about 10 seller agents in our search. Paulette was easily our favorite so we decided to hire her to represent us in making an offer on one specific house. We agreed that compensation would be way less then for an agent who ran the buyer around to many houses, and all that. We knew what we wanted and we knew that the work that our buyer agent would have to put in wasn't going to be worth tens of thousands to us.
