As an out-of-state owner, I needed someone to help with arranging for repairs, replacements, and other matters related to preparing my property for sale after having rented it for several years. She was very helpful in suggesting colors for the decor such as paint and carpet. She put me in touch with a handyman for repair jobs on plumbing and fixing various things needed to put the property in shape for sale. She worked hard to show the property and bring in offers, and was very efficient at transmitting all the forms and documents involved in the sale, so it could be closed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Tiffany to anyone planning to sell a property in the Mesa area, especially if you need help as a long distance seller.
