She was knowledgeable, she was able to answer the questions we asked, or find out the answers without pretending or guessing. She helped us find a new home, and she helped us through all the paperwork and steps it took for a successful offer and escrow. She was quick to get things done when things needed doing, helped us find other professionals for inspections and repairs. She was available most hours of the day, to answer questions or pick up a signature. We never felt rushed or ignored and she was determined to make us aware at every step of the process and to be sure we were comfortable and our concerns were being met.Our escrow is closed now, and we are in our new home, but our relationship with Shay will continue.
