I must admit that we aren't the easiest clients to please. We were very selective in our home purchase. Jared not only helped us define our search in order to find homes that met our requirements, he also accompanied us on over 35 home visits until we found the home that met our requirements. After finding out that we weren't the only buyers making offers on the home, Jared helped us through the negotiation process to help us ensure that we were the successful bidders on the home. And to top it all off, he was always willing to laugh at my dumb jokes! I can't imagine a more effective real estate agent.
