Alex Mariconda provides the best in realty services. He stays laser focused on your project until completed. I have worked with him for over 15 years on several buying and selling projects and would never consider working with a different agent. If you are searching for a property, he will do exhaustive research on your behalf and watch daily for new listings that match the client's criteria. Because of his extensive experience, Alex also knows when a property is a good investment. He also has access to fine professionals to assist the buyer through the purchasing process from home inspection, mortgage assistance and tradesmen to assist with your needs. If you are a seller (as I recently was), he is an excellent coach to help prepare the property to the perfect point- not investing too much or too little to get your home marketed for top dollar. When it comes to the closing details, he is detail oriented and a great communicator. As either a buyer or seller, Alex Mariconda provides excellent services as he will provide you with a professional, personalized realty experience.

I met Lou 24 years ago (yikes, time passes quickly!) when he helped us sell a home. He helped us again about 14 years ago with the sale of another home. He was great to work with then and he's only improved with time and experience. I had had no contact with him during the past 14 years because I was living in a different state. When I decided to move back to Arizona I gave him a call. When he answered the phone I started to awkwardly explain who I was and remind him of our connection, but that was totally unnecessary ...he knew immediately who I was and even remembered the names of my kids! He made my transition half way across the country so much easier than it could have otherwise been. While I was still living out of state he would show me properties I was interested in via FaceTime, so when I made a trip to AZ to see the homes in person, we already had it narrowed down and I was able to make my decision in one day! I went home and dealt with the sale of my home there, packed up and moved. Lou and his staff took care of everything on this end! Everyone I dealt with on the team was knowledgeable, personable and went the extra mile. I can't praise the Rugolo Team enough!

Yvonne is hands down the best agent I have ever worked with. She puts her time, heart and soul into all that she does. She CARES. I live in CA and she handled an extremely difficult case from start to finish, as I was unable to travel due to my sick pup. I am SO grateful for her - there really are no words or any amount of thanks that can truly encompass how thankful I am. Thank you Yvonne. You are simply THE BEST.
