From understanding our desires/needs, researching homes (both those available and those coming on the market), communicating her findings, showing us homes that had "made the first cut", to completing the purchase, Ranee was amazing!! She understands the market, has great insight into the community, and worked tirelessly to find the home of our "dreams". She was extremely well organized when we arrived in Scottsdale to look at homes and kept everyone focused on finding the "perfect" home. During the purchase negotiations she was very prudent with her advice and knowledgeable in the process. She organized the home inspection, monitored the repairs needed, and was extremely helpful throughout the closing process. She communicated with us on a regular basis. In addition to fully understanding the real estate market, she was equally knowledgeable regarding all things regarding Desert Mountain (membership application, social activities, golf events, etc.).
