Other realtors that I have worked with just look at comp. sheets and take a guess what my house can sell for. Stan knows the market and guided me through a process to far exceed the comp. sheets and my expectations. He knows how to sell a home and how to maximize it's worth. Stan also provides an excellent brochure that showcases the property and that attracts buyers. It not only catches the buyer's attention but it encourages the buyer to want to buy the property. I am so pleased with Stan that I would recommend him to others and absolutely use Stan again for the nest time I sell my house.
