Robin was extremely thoughtful for both the buyer and the sellers (us) in the transaction involving the sale of our mother's home. She handled every aspect with the utmost of professionalism and helped move the transaction towards a close even though we were out of town. We would definitely use her services, and those of The Team, again!

Mr. Rick Feingold was an excellent agent and was there for us at every turn. He has gone above and beyond!! A four house closing just before Christmas was accomplished and gave us our home for life. We are forever grateful! Rick worked hard to make all ends meet and was ahead of the curve on all points. We are happy to endorse Rick and his team.

From the first meeting, Cariste matched properties perfectly to our requests and price point. She had new listings daily for the week we were here with many options. As our price point changed, she was able to adjust and keep a steady supply of excellent properties for our review. As our week was ending, we narrowed it down to two properties, one of which had an open house on the day we were leaving. Like a true professional, she was able to get us a tour of this property one day before we had to go. This property turned out to be the one that we fell in love with and purchased. All thought this was not our first home purchase; Cariste answered any questions and concerns on every property we viewed and always gave good, solid advice. The closing was fast and seamless, with Cariste informing us from start to finish. Maria and I can not thank Cariste enough for all her dedication to details and commitment to our search.
