Cariste helped the reviewer buy this property

Personable, Friendly, Professional and Overall Fantastic Agent with Great Knowledge and Advise

From the first meeting, Cariste matched properties perfectly to our requests and price point. She had new listings daily for the week we were here with many options. As our price point changed, she was able to adjust and keep a steady supply of excellent properties for our review. As our week was ending, we narrowed it down to two properties, one of which had an open house on the day we were leaving. Like a true professional, she was able to get us a tour of this property one day before we had to go. This property turned out to be the one that we fell in love with and purchased. All thought this was not our first home purchase; Cariste answered any questions and concerns on every property we viewed and always gave good, solid advice. The closing was fast and seamless, with Cariste informing us from start to finish. Maria and I can not thank Cariste enough for all her dedication to details and commitment to our search.
