Mike and Nico are highly professional, full of integrity knowledge! They cross their T's and dot their I's! They were also able to negotiate us a large concession, home warranty, and more! Thanks again!!

Michael was wonderful to work with — knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to communicate with. His guidance throughout the process was very helpful, and we always felt well informed. Highly recommend!

Mike and Nico are, hands down THE BEST realtors I have ever worked with. I was incredibly impressed by Mike and Nico Kraus' exceptional market knowledge throughout the home-buying process. Their deep understanding of market trends and the real estate industry helped me make informed decisions at every stage. Incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, HONEST and expert negotiators, they went above and beyond with my complicated and nuanced purchase. Mike and Nico were there 24/7 to answer ALL of my questions, and truly listened to my needs. They kept the "human" in this transaction and I felt like I had two trusted friends in my corner. I would give a 20 out of 10 recommendation for this PHENOMENAL duo and highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell in the Greater Phoenix Area! I am so happy with my new home and couldn't have done it without them! Thank you Mike and Nico!
