The Sandy Norman Team is top notch! Sandy helped us with the sale of two homes this summer. From start to finish her professionalism was amazing. She is such a good listener and took into account the things that were important to us in the in the initial interview. Sandy does not take shortcuts. She provides great exposure, stages the home and is super timely in all matters of the listing and selling process. When deciding on details of the home such as list price and offers Sandy treats you like you are part of the team. It's always a discussion back and forth with the details until we come up with our couse of action. She always took as much time as needed in our conversations and made us feel like she had all the time in the world. Sandy is a very busy Realtor. She has an amazing team behind the scenes working with her to help cross the finish line. One of the things we appreciate the most is that she is always thinking of options we could present in order put or keep a deal together. She is always available to help you and responds back to you very quickly. Sandy woks from dawn until dusk and then some! Simply put she is one tough cookie who takes her responsibility to you very seriously. We would highly recommend the Sandy Norman Team to anyone!

I received great advice in a timely manner and they were very respectful of my availability and time. I will use them again in the future for sure

Whitney is very knowledgeable about the housing market, which gave us confidence while establishing the best asking price and negotiating the final deal. She was also very patient with us carefully explaining each part of the process, how it worked and why it was necessary. Whitney was always easy to reach when we had questions or concerns and was always quick to get back to us with clear, easy to understand information or directions. We would absolutely like to work with Whitney in the future and will recommend her to anyone who needs a real estate agent.
