Even after the sale closed and a clerical error was found in title, he helped follow up to initiate the correction. He would help tour homes and send us videos and walk us through the process. We worked with James for over a year to find a home due to our home out of state taking an excessive amount of time to sell. James was totally understanding, patient and kind during the entire process. We flew to Arizona on two separate occasions to tour several homes and one weekend we had roughly 33 homes on the list. James didn’t blink an eye or complain at the girth of the list. He just mapped it out and we spent days looking at homes. Once we found a home he introduced us to other people in the business and we closed our home within roughly 15 days!
