Jason and has team made this transaction feel light and streamlined. We were never stressed or jumping through hoops at the last minute. Communication was always proactive but never too much. It really was just a nice easy transaction. I would recommend this experience to anyone.

We were referred to Jason by my brother-in-law who had purchased a house with him a couple years ago and loved his experience. We’re so glad we got the introduction because we also loved our experience. Jason hit the mark at every turn. From the initial contact when we expressed interest in buying our home, to the final walk-through, Jason’s communication & professionalism was on point. I must add that we really appreciated the humor he sprinkled in along the way as well. This was our first home purchase and he brought the knowledge effortlessly whenever we needed it. We bought the house while living out of state and Jason gladly stepped into being our eyes and ears since we couldn’t be on the property. Jason is not only an expert at AZ real estate, he’s an expert who truly cares about his clients and we felt it. He had our trust from the start. When we walked into our new home, not only was there a bow on the front door, Jason also left us a care package on the kitchen counter with a lovely note which was such a nice surprise. We will definitely be working with Jason on all our home buying needs in the future and we highly recommend you do the same. Thanks again, Jason, for everything!

If you want an agent that really cares, knows what they are doing, and goes above and beyond in all ways- Jason is your guy! We were dealing with three transactions at once and Jason made our experience as smooth and stress free as possible. He even offered to drive one of our uhaul trucks when we were in a bind! Who does that?! Jason does. Choose him. You will be blown away. Even the seller’s agent (who happens to be our new neighbor) mentioned to us that Jason was great to work with.

I chose Jeff Sibbach at eXp Realty based on his ratings and was not disappointed. Right from the start, Jeff and his daughter, Kenzie started showing my house and keeping me updated on how each showing went and the feedback from buyers. My house wasn’t the easiest to sell but once we got an offer Jeff did everything in his power to keep the offer on track and to get my home sold. I was very pleased working with Jeff and Kenzie and I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend!

除价格低了一些外，其他的我很满意，他们的服务态度非常好，有求必应。专业知识丰富。是个值得信赖的公司。

I had a great experience with Jeff. He represented both me as a buyer and the seller, and did a very fair job, negotiating a deal that met of our wants. He was professional and helpful to work with. His extensive experience in the real estate showed well, and we greatly appreciated working with him. I would highly recommend working with him whether you are buying or selling real estate!
