When I first met Megan I had just fired a realtor who had listed my home for four months without a single promising lead. After hiring Megan I had 2 competing offers in just 4 days with more in the wings! She told me she had a data-base full of clients looking for a manufactured home in a 55+ park. She wan't kidding! She has the kind of internal strength and wisdom I've never actually encountered in a realtor before. She obviously has a mega-supportive and responsive office and staff.
