I must admit that we aren't the easiest clients to please. We were very selective in our home purchase. Jared not only helped us define our search in order to find homes that met our requirements, he also accompanied us on over 35 home visits until we found the home that met our requirements. After finding out that we weren't the only buyers making offers on the home, Jared helped us through the negotiation process to help us ensure that we were the successful bidders on the home. Bob did a great job helping me get into a triplex in Phoenix. I spent about a month calling agents and driving around town, so I have a good idea of who knows the entire process well and who's not there mentally.
