She was extremely clear and concise during the process, and represented our interest better than anything. Monica was also a great support, easy to communicate with across a 3h time zone and went beyond and above to assist or jump in for us when we could not , being remote. Monica as agent was the best decision we could have made. For her continuous support we are ever grateful. Buying a house can be a stressful or scary process but but Monica took that right away and made it a breeze.

I chose to write a review about Allan 8 months after he helped me and my wife get into our very first home. We had an great home buying experience with Allan, this guy honestly knows his stuff! We were so impressed with his knowledge of the big and small aspects of being a homebuyer and what we should be paying attention to while we visited homes. This guy is super patient and super awesome! We love our home and couldn't be happier with Allan's help, guidance, and most of all amazing professionalism! Oh and get a home warranty.. Allan recommended that we did and us not knowing exactly what the benefits would be we took Allan's honest word and bought a home warranty and it already paid off! Our AC unit recently started blowing hot air, long story short, AC fan motor went out and parts and labor without a warranty would have been over $600. But with Allan's great advice our warranty company fixed it up at a $65 service fee. We really appreciate hard working and decent people..
