I chose to write a review about Allan 8 months after he helped me and my wife get into our very first home. We had an great home buying experience with Allan, this guy honestly knows his stuff! We were so impressed with his knowledge of the big and small aspects of being a homebuyer and what we should be paying attention to while we visited homes. This guy is super patient and super awesome! We love our home and couldn't be happier with Allan's help, guidance, and most of all amazing professionalism! Oh and get a home warranty.. Allan recommended that we did and us not knowing exactly what the benefits would be we took Allan's honest word and bought a home warranty and it already paid off! Our AC unit recently started blowing hot air, long story short, AC fan motor went out and parts and labor without a warranty would have been over $600. But with Allan's great advice our warranty company fixed it up at a $65 service fee. We really appreciate hard working and decent people.. My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Allan. He was very knowledgeable and made the process stress free. I am in the military, having to move 2500 miles across the country to Phoenix and had 1 week to find a house. Allan worked day and night to get find us our perfect house!
