What a great realtor! We have been working with Kim Decker on and off for several years. We were 1st time buyers looking to buy a home in 2020. We were 2 weeks away from our closing and Covid shut that down for us. My husband became unemployed and we couldn't buy the house. Words can't describe how wonderful it was to have Kim help me with selling my mom's estate. I live out of state but Kim helped me to take care of everything. A few repairs were needed and she had experienced contractors onsite to make the repairs. Kim communicated throughout the entire process.
