Working with Diana No was a great experience. She initially helped me work with lenders she knew and trusted which I was very appreciate of. She is a great listener and asked me so many questions to get my home search set up and began sending me homes that fit my criteria. This was my first time buying a home and I was unsure of many aspects of the whole process. Diana showed me many homes and helped me balance pros and cons of each that I would have overlooked otherwise. When it came time to make an offer, Diana used her expertise to write a solid, strong offer and took into account the market and actually suggested we offer in a different way than I had planned. In the end her written offer for me was accepted at a lower price than I had intended and she saved me a lot of money. The seller’s agent specifically emailed Diana and I to commend her on her communication and how the offer was presented; when it comes to realtors, Diana is a BOSS! Diana worked with me through closing and helped assist me with inspections etc as I was purchasing the home from out of state. She came with me to the final signing and celebrated with me at the closing. I truly cannot stress enough how well Diana handled this home purchase for me. She made the process a breeze for me and I can tell she really is passionate about real estate and her clients.

After dealing with several other brokers in the area and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find Andrea. Andrea is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. Even though we had only 5 days in Arizona to find our home, She kept us informed about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new potential home came on the market. She was very honest and straight forward with her opinion listing all pros and cons about house and area. On a Wednesday, 2 days before we head back to Canada , and by coincidence we find a forever home. Got us an appointment to walk thru within 2 hours. We made an offer on spot. We closed yesterday. Cannot be more happy and Satisfied.
