Dear sellers and buyers, I am glad to write this sincere testament of what Josh Randall did for me during my sale. I wanted to sell my townhouse in Arizona, but I just didn’t have time and energy to do a lot of work. Neither could I afford to wait months for the right buyer with the right credit or money to make the deal. I was working full time and taking care of a loved one so I overlooked a key preparation step, he found someone who could help me close that step with ease. Josh found someone that was ready to buy within record time. Then he me with last minute preparations that I had missed prior to the close of sale. I can’t say enough about the care and attention to details that he showed toward my sale. I will always remember how easy he made it for me to selling my home.

We had the pleasure of working with Deanna Bone on the sale of our Condo in Mesa, AZ. This was not an easy sale, as we wanted to sell it furnished which limits your market. Further complicating matters was a lawsuit brought from our HOA suing the builders for faulty construction issues. Luckily none of the issues affected our unit directly but it was certainly another hurdle to be cleared. Add to all of that the market turning and you can see this was not a job for armatures. There were several units for sale in our complex so pricing was critical. Deanna priced our unit at a realistic value, which sold quickly, but at a price we were very pleased with. Deanna marketed our unit to a broad audience, which brought in buyers out of state. She was very professional and an excellent communicator. We were kept well informed throughout the entire process, which was very important to us. We would gladly recommend Deanna and her team for your real estate needs. She knows the market well and will work hard for you.
